I'm located 15 min from EAA Oshkosh. This engine is a part of the Lycoming brand, rebuilt by factory and designed for aviation use, specifically aircraft engines. It comes with no warranty and does not include any maintenance logs. I was going to use this for a bushmaster build but went with lighter weight engine.
