Certify that this Engine has been inspected in accordance with an ANNUAL inspection and determined to be Airworthy Condition, Accessories: Magnetos Oil cooler Carburetor Intake Exhaust Prop governor Baffling Fuel pump voltage regulator Plane Power alternator Starter mount, Air box propeller being sold separately Not included engine sale. Aircraft had off airport landing on roadway highway. Drained engine oil, removed, opened and inspected oil filter, no metal found, installed new tempest AA48108-2 filter serviced with 10 at of Aerosol W100.
